Want to change the way the world drinks? We're on the lookout for a super-talente Executive Assistant to join SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba.

Responsibilities (English)

Manage complex calendars and meeting schedules for four Vice Presidents.

Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international business trips.

Coordinate participation in conferences in Israel and abroad.

Manage and coordinate management routines with various departmental teams.

Handle ongoing procurement requests, issue purchase orders, and track invoices.

Prepare travel reports and expense reimbursements for international trips.

Work closely with the executive team, tracking tasks, coordinating meetings, and providing ad hoc support as needed.

Provide administrative assistance for cross-organizational projects.

Plan and organize internal departmental events.

Maintain ongoing collaboration with multiple interfaces across the organization, including Procurement, Finance, HR, Operations, and Travel Management.

Qualifications (English)

Academic degree.

Proven experience in a similar role.

Experience working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces.

Previous experience in a global and dynamic work environment.

Excellent Communication of English – reading, writing, and speaking.

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with additional IT systems.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Creativity and problem-solving skills.

Strong service-oriented approach.
