Job Description:

Seasoned individual contributor in an engineering field. Establishes methods based on proven research for the R&D Process Engineering team. Applies advanced skills of the field to construct industry leading products. Contributes to scientific projects and processes under general direction.
Works to achieve operational goals with direct impact on achievement of results within area of work on the R&D Process Engineering team.
Conducts design producibility reviews for new products to evaluate potential R&D Process Engineering expenditures.
Monitors key process indicators, including yields and cost to recommend and implement process changes that improve safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
Assists with the planning and execution of key experimental activities, analyzes experimental data arriving at data driven conclusions.
Creates and documents designs for custom tooling.
Delivers technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents for internal and external distribution.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
