Job Description:

Individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert, who works independently with some supervision. Participates in tasks relating to research and development (R&D) activities, learning to develop and accelerate the delivery of innovative products to patients by driving portfolio strategy and program excellence through insight-based decision-making, ensuring the achievement of production schedules and identifying risks and opportunities. Ensures organizational projects are aligned with functional and business unit goals and maintains effective communication with all parties involved in a project, strengthening abilities to translate program strategy into action. Follows established safety, privacy, and confidentiality terms.
Capable of leading multi-functional teams to operationalize strategy into action, instructs and informs team members of production timelines and provides motivation to achieve process milestones.
Communicates cross-functionally in order to coordinate project expectations and deliverables.
Implements systems for evaluating project strengths, identifying areas of opportunity, and recommending process improvements.
Interfaces with project owners, senior management, and relevant stakeholders to create project roadmaps that align with organizational objectives.
Acts independently to plan, prioritize, and provide oversight throughout each lifecycle phase of R&D projects.
Develops and implements a strategy for internal and external partnerships that optimize project production processes and gives visibility to the organization.
Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
