Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Hebrew at a native level.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B marketing. - A Must
  • Proven track record of managing and owning multiple simultaneous digital campaigns from strategy to execution. - A Must
  • Expertise in LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and more as primary B2B marketing and advertising tools. - A Must (TikTok – A Plus)
  • Experience with AI tools (CGPT, MidJourney & More) and an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • Strong ability to manage client relationships and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and storytelling.
  • Proficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English are mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Video Editing and Motion Design using the Adobe Suite - A Big Plus.
  • Experience in managing a website's backend (DNS Settings & Records, Re-newing SSL Certificates, Purchasing and Owning Domain Names, Etc.) - A Big Plus
  • Experience in managing WordPress websites (Uploading articles/items, Updating Plugins Etc.) - A Big Plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create and manage content, including social media posts, ads, Blogs/articles, and website materials, to engage B2B target audiences.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools, ensuring we consistently improve and achieve better results.
  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, ensuring we meet deadlines and achieve set KPIs.
  • Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to optimize campaigns and improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the evolving field of artificial intelligence.
