What you will be doing:

The VP of Information Systems will oversee the Digital and IT departments and will lead Azami Global's data, digital systems, and information technology strategy.

This position will centralize data governance and policy, oversee data architecture and analytics, manage external data sources for product innovation, and drive the company's digital transformation.

Additionally, the VP will be accountable for IT operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, operational efficiency, and security. The role will serve as the bridge between business and technology, aligning data and IT strategy with business objectives to support Azami's growth and global competitiveness.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a cohesive global data strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent governance, quality, and integration across all functions.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth, enabling accurate, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Oversee data architecture, analytics, and predictive modeling to drive insight, efficiency, and performance improvement.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and RevOps to align data and technology initiatives with business and customer needs.
• Drive the company's IT and digital roadmap, ensuring systems, infrastructure, and tools scale with growth and innovation.
• Manage the IT and Digital departments, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across both teams.
• Ensure strong cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance practices across all information systems.
• Guide digital enablement initiatives (CRM, ERP, BI, and automation), focusing on strategy, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Build and manage strategic external data partnerships to enrich products and expand capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration through a company-wide Data Council and alignment with functional leaders.
• Translate complex technical and analytical topics into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in data, information systems, and IT, ideally in global technology/SaaS organizations.
• Proven expertise in data strategy, governance, architecture, and integration.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience in digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align technology with business growth.
• Proven track record managing budgets, vendors, and global teams.
