Technical Project Leader | Systems & Engineering Division | Israel Aerospace Industries | Yehud, Central District

We are looking for a
Technical Project Leader
to join the Systems & Engineering Division at IAI's Missiles & Space Group. This role involves leading multidisciplinary technical projects from development through production, ensuring performance, quality, cost, and schedule goals are achieved.

The position includes:

  • Overall responsibility towards project management and system engineering for tracking and managing multidisciplinary projects
  • Preparing work plans and monitoring their execution
  • Overseeing the progress of hardware, software, and mechanical development teams
  • Coordinating and integrating all technical disciplines across the project lifecycle

What we are looking for:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Practical Engineer in Electronics – required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware/firmware/software development – required
  • At least 4 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary projects – required
  • Experience with transition from development to production, integration, and system testing – an advantage
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) – significant advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing technologies – advantage
  • Knowledge of electrical schematics – advantage
  • Good English (reading, writing, speaking) – required
  • Willingness to work extra hours as needed
