We are looking for a
Media Partnerships / Account Manager
to take full ownership of advertiser and publisher relationships across
search monetization (N2S, YHS, RSOC)
and
mobile advertising (CPI, CPA)
. This is a role for someone with ambition, curiosity, and a winning mindset—someone who thrives under pressure, knows how to create opportunities, and can balance multiple moving parts while ensuring growth and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Account & Partnership Ownership
- Act as the main point of contact for advertiser, publisher, and partner accounts.
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with direct advertisers, agencies, publishers, and feed providers.
- Negotiate deals, rates, and opportunities across both supply and demand.
- Search Monetization
- Manage partnerships with direct search feed providers (including giants like Yahoo and Google).
- Collaborate with internal media buying teams and product teams to push traffic at scale.
- Monitor and optimize performance against KPIs, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Mobile Advertising
- Work with advertisers and agencies on CPI and CPA mobile campaigns.
- Drive publisher growth by securing more offers/feeds and scaling traffic.
- Oversee lead gen and mobile app partnerships, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
- Internal Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with CashPilots' internal traffic sources and product teams to drive results.
- Identify new opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and act as the "owner" of your vertical.
- Balance multiple platforms, niches, and campaigns simultaneously while hitting ambitious targets.
What We're Looking For
- Experience
in either: - Mobile app advertising (agency, ad network, or direct partnerships), OR
- Search arbitrage / monetization.
- Strong plus:
- Experience working in a rewarded / incentivized traffic company.
- Experience working across both mobile and search.
- Experience working with both advertisers and publishers (supply and demand).
- Skills & Traits:
- Quick learner with strong analytical and technical capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- High motivation, ambition, and a growth mindset.
- Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and "wearing different hats."
- Independent problem-solver who takes ownership and delivers results.
