A leading global performance marketing company, founded in 2006, is seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented
Project Manager
to work closely with the Co-CEOs and management.

With 80 experts worldwide and main offices in Rehovot and New York, the company leverages AI- and ML-powered technology to drive user growth and deliver tailored, results-driven marketing solutions for leading app companies.

The Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing company-wide processes, ensuring cross-departmental coordination, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations at headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional collaboration and communication within the company.
  • Partner directly with Co-CEOs and senior management to monitor, track, and manage key operational processes and company-wide initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize internal workflows and processes aimed at improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead strategic internal projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and facilitate change management initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to executive leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or a similar cross-functional role, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable results.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with operational process design and performance improvement methods is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential.
