Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data-driven decision making, and audience engagement techniques. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on

execution to drive brand awareness and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives and coordinate with design resources when necessary.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Manage budgets effectively while ensuring maximum reach and conversion.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present results to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with campaign management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization is a plus.
