Integration Group Manager

A leading, innovative company that develops and manufactures multidisciplinary electronic subsystems is looking for a seasoned and experienced professional to lead and manage an integration and final test team within the operations department.

Responsibilities:

  • Managerial and professional responsibility
    for a product-focused team of engineers and technicians.
  • Ownership of the integration and final test phases
    in the operational environment.
  • Achieve departmental goals
    for delivery pace, product quality, efficiency, and output.
  • Employee lifecycle management
    including recruiting, training, and certifying employees to perform integration and tests on various products.
  • Engage with product development teams
    in the early stages and manage the smooth transition of products into production.
  • Act as a professional authority
    for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and providing feedback to the development department.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
    from a recognized university.
  • 10+ years of experience
    in the RF and electronics fields, specifically with complex products that include electronic and RF boards.
  • Proven, intensive experience
    in integration processes and final testing.
  • Demonstrated managerial experience
    leading teams of at least 10-20 people.
  • Proficiency with RF test equipment
    such as Network Analyzer, Signal Analyzer, Oscilloscope, and Signal Generator.
  • Experience transitioning complex electronic products
    (hardware and software) from development to production.
  • Experience in product development as an integral part of the development department

  • Knowledge of digital domains and experience with programming/flashing tools

  • Ability to multitask effectively
    in a dynamic and intensive environment.
