Azrieli Group is looking for a
Project Manager

to join the Innovation Department and lead cross-functional projects that combine technology and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead digital transformation projects bridging operational needs with technological solutions.
  • Manage projects end-to-end: from identifying requirements, through solution selection, to successful implementation while meeting timelines and budgets.
  • Design and improve customer experiences – for both visitors and tenants – through scoping, development, and implementation projects with diverse teams.
  • Oversee adoption processes of new systems and workflows, coordinating across departments and with external vendors/contractors to meet project objectives.
  • Build detailed project plans including roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and manage risks and dependencies.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in managing complex cross-organizational projects involving both operations and technology – mandatory.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation within traditional industries – strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management – advantage.
  • Background in smart buildings or operations – advantage.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
  • Strong ability to build roadmaps, manage budgets and schedules, and drive organizational adoption.
  • Understanding of information systems, integrations, and software development processes.
  • Ability to evaluate technological solutions and select between alternatives.
  • Experience in business process analysis and optimization.

  • Full-time position, based at the headquarters and across the Group's assets nationwide.
