The position includes:

Managing a team of several resource managers responsible for:

  • Managing, planning, and optimizing the allocation of human resources for the division's tasks and objectives.
  • Assigning employees while balancing the business needs of clients—paying special attention to the division's and firm's overall business strategy—with tailoring placements to each employee's professional development track.
  • Gaining a deep business understanding of the division.
  • Creating and developing relationships with managers and employees to better understand departmental and individual needs.
  • Coordinating and executing daily and weekly resource planning.
  • Utilizing a resource management system to support planning and practical execution of plans.
  • The position is based at the firm's offices in Tel Aviv and includes a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications/Education/Experience:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering and Management/Economics and Business Administration/Accounting) – required
  • Proven experience in leading cross-organizational projects – required, with preference for experience in resource management
  • High-level English proficiency
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams

  • השגת הבנה עסקית מעמיקה של החטיבה
  • יצירה ופיתוח קשרים עם מנהלים ועם עובדים, על מנת להבין את צרכי המחלקות והעובדים.
  • תיאום וביצוע תכנון משאבים על בסיס יומי ושבועי
  • שימוש במערכת ניהול משאבים לתמיכה בתכנון וביצוע התוכניות בפועל

 כישורים/השכלה/ניסיון:

  • תואר ראשון רלוונטי (הנדסה תעשייה וניהול/כלכלה ומנהל עסקים/חשבונאות)- חובה
  • ניסיון קודם בהובלת פרויקטים חוצי ארגון- חובה, עדיפות לניסיון בניהול משאבים
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
  • חשיבה ביקורתית, יכולת ניתוח ופתרון בעיות
  • יכולת תקשורת בינאישית בכתב ובעל פה
  • יכולת ניהול ופתרון מצבים מורכבים ורגישים
