Role Description

We're seeking experienced
Performance Marketing Managers
with strong skills in
Paid Search and Paid Social
to support a range of contract projects.

This is a flexible opportunity where you'll work directly with businesses on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
    , and more.
  • Manage budgets effectively to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyze data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with clients to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing
    Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns
    .
  • Proficiency with major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA).
  • Strong track record of driving performance improvements (ROAS, CAC, CPA).
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating success.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
