Alpa Cosmetics Group is a leading importer and marketer of global cosmetic and fashion brands. As the official franchisee, we proudly represent the ultimate luxury brand, CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty. We are seeking an outstanding Digital Manager to lead CHANEL's digital strategy and uphold the brand's highest standards in the local market.

Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the CHANEL Brand Manager, this role encompasses managing the brand's digital aspects across two key pillars:

1. Online Commerce Management (e-Wholesale & e-Trade)

  • Strategy & Merchandising: Develop and execute an annual plan for content, product promotion (SKUs), and brand presence on eWholesale platforms, ensuring strict compliance with CHANEL's global graphic charter.
  • e-Trade Development: Build tailored digital marketing plans for partners, leveraging channels like SEO/SEA, CRM, and social media to support major brand campaigns.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze Sell-Out performance and Digital KPIs for campaigns, providing insights to the global CHANEL Export team.

2. Digital Learning Acceleration

  • Blended Learning: Collaborate with the Local Trainer to integrate Digital Learning into the overall training strategy.
  • Platform Management: Operate, animate, and maintain CHANEL's digital learning platforms (Learning App), including content creation.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • 2-3 years demonstrated track record in leading digital transformation projects, managing digital marketing campaigns, and/or managing an eCommerce website. Experience in the luxury or cosmetics industry is preferred.
  • B.A in Marketing, Digital, Data, or a relevant field.
  • Strong ability to analyze Digital & CRM Marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
