We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Engineer to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues related to our products and services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, and Customer Success to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Job description:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.

·
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.

·
Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving software, hardware and network systems.

·
Extensive onsite / remote troubleshooting and testing.

·
Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

·
Excellent teamwork.

·
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.

·
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

·
Working irregular hours according to customers' working hours.

·
Most of the work is done in English.

Qualification requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Fluent English.

· years of experience in technical support or similar engineering role.

·
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·
Excellent verbal and written communication.

·
Knowledge of RF technology [cellular, LoRaWan and others], APIs, control and management systems, cloud platforms.  

·
Experience with medium - large scale deployments of Telemetry systems / wireless products (sensors, base stations, CPEs, antennas).

·
Knowledge of networking: standard internet protocols and ports, network monitoring and analysis tools, the configuration of network devices – advantage.

·
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

·
Availability to travel abroad as needed
