A leading Israeli company in the import, marketing, and distribution of advanced communication solutions is expanding its sales team. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong technical knowledge and proven commercial skills to lead complex, end-to-end sales processes in the communication and networking domain.

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from understanding customer requirements, defining the appropriate technical solution, pricing and preparing commercial proposals, conducting commercial negotiations, and closing deals. The position includes full ownership of sales activities with both existing and new customers, managing complex technological projects, coordinating logistics and monitoring shipments, developing new markets, handling equipment issues in collaboration with technical teams, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Managing full sales cycles for advanced communication and networking products


• Leading complex technological projects with diverse customer interfaces


• Preparing commercial proposals, pricing, and leading negotiations


• Coordinating logistics and monitoring shipments with local and international suppliers


• Developing new markets and expanding into new customer segments


• Handling equipment issues and coordinating with technical support teams


• Working with communication products and systems at Layer 1–2


• Using CRM systems and inventory management platforms

Requirements:


• Proven sales experience in the communication / networking industry – mandatory


• Strong technical background and deep understanding of communication equipment and systems


• Experience in distribution, integration, or import environments – mandatory


• Practical familiarity with dealers, distribution channels, and supply chain processes


• Proficiency in CRM and inventory management systems – mandatory


• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, business orientation, and the ability to meet targets


• High-level English, excellent interpersonal skills, strong ownership, and attention to detail
