The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Business Development
to lead and scale our sales operations, expand our client portfolio, and build high-value partnerships. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO.
You will be responsible for driving Uniqa's growth through ownership of the full business development and sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Uniqa's business development and sales strategy, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Identify, engage, and close new high-value client partnerships in high-LTV verticals.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, acting as a strategic partner focused on long-term value and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, analytics) to ensure the delivery of exceptional, ROI-driven campaigns.
- Develop forecasts, KPIs, and pipeline metrics to guide strategy and report to executive leadership.
- Represent Uniqa at industry events and build long-term brand and relationship equity.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience
in performance marketing with a focus on user acquisition. - Experience as a Business Development Specialist in the Comparison Industry.
- Proven track record managing and growing high-profile, ROI-oriented client relationships.
- Experience with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snap, and a strong understanding of the media buying ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A network of relevant industry contacts is a strong plus.
