Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and proactive B2B sales professional to drive new business opportunities and manage existing relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership qualities, excellent initiative, and the ability to generate opportunities from scratch while also effectively nurturing existing prospects using top-notch SDR skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads in the B2B market to create new business opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and follow-up processes.
- Manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor our services and drive competitive positioning.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales
in the software services industry
with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to generate opportunities from nothing and manage existing relationships effectively.
- Strong SDR capabilities along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a 'head-of-manager' attitude.
