Senior Business Development Manager
to help expand our revenue and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect new advertisers, affiliate partners, and media buyers
- Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships (CPL/CPA models)
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach ➝ deal-making ➝ onboarding ➝ growth
- Analyze campaign and partner performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and tech teams for monetization strategies
- Represent Webtronic at industry events and grow our presence globally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree – must
- 2+ years experience in business development or online performance sales
- Proven experience in digital advertising (lead gen, affiliate marketing, ad networks) – required
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable making decisions based on data
- Mother tongue level English – A must
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Driven, curious, and proactive – a true deal-closer
Bonus Points For
- Experience in a publisher/comparison site/AdTech company
- Familiarity with the U.S. consumer or regulated markets (insurance, finance, etc.)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
