Shibolet & Co., one of Israel's leading law firms, invites applications for a dynamic Legal Marketing professional to enrich our team. This role offers a diverse and engaging opportunity to work in a vibrant marketing environment.

Role Overview

· Play a central role in the firm's graphic design work—creating high-quality marketing assets, building and maintaining branded templates, and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.

· Design client proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral using Canva (required) and Illustrator (advantage).

· Develop and maintain templates for client-facing documents, including proposals, letters, reports, and other standardized materials to ensure a consistent and professional brand identity.

· Support and maintain business partnerships, including assisting with coordination, follow-ups, and relationship-building tasks.

· Support event-related tasks as needed.

· Oversee, manage, and update the Shibolet website.

· Demonstrate a keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn new software tools.

· Contribute significantly to embedding advanced AI tools for business development and marketing, including adopting and implementing AI-based marketing solutions.

· Take part in the firm's rankings and submissions process as an active team member, including data collection, drafting, coordination with partners, and supporting all stages of the submission workflow.

Candidate Profile

· A bachelor's degree in law is a must.

· Strong graphic design skills are essential, including experience building templates, designing client-facing materials, and producing polished visual assets.

· High proficiency in Canva is required; experience with Adobe Illustrator is a strong advantage.

· Experience with AI tools and AI-supported marketing workflows is an advantage.

· Marketing experience is an advantage.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English and Hebrew.

· Outstanding attention to detail.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work well both independently and within a team.

· Salesforce experience is an advantage.
