The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager
 to join our 
Product R&D in Israel
. You will own the full product lifecycle – from discovery and market validation to planning, execution, delivery, and performance measurement – collaborating with veterinarians, engineers, designers, and commercial teams to bring innovative products to market that improve patient outcomes and clinic success. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and veterinary medicine. You'll take ownership of multiple products and features, define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

This is a 
hands-on, end-to-end role
 for someone who thrives on turning insights into impact, with real experience building and scaling products that solve meaningful problems. You'll have the chance to shape the future of our product ecosystem, working closely with engineers, designers, and leadership to deliver solutions that power our mission and create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, strategy, execution, and iteration across multiple products and features.
• Engage with veterinarians, customers, and partners to identify needs, validate opportunities, and shape product direction.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and requirements aligned with company strategy and measurable business outcomes.
• Write user stories, manage the backlog, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-quality releases.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth adoption of new capabilities.
• Support external collaboration, including partner integrations and occasional customer-facing engagements.
• Define and track product success metrics: adoption, retention, usage, and ROI.
• Continuously improve the product based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Education:
   Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
   Minimum 2 years as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or veterinary-related fields.
• Product Management Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in product discovery, roadmap definition, backlog management, and customer engagement.

Experience in market research, competitive validation, and turning insights into actionable requirements.

Ability to write user stories, manage backlogs, and collaborate with engineering, design, and partners.

Familiarity with Agile principles at a high level.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and an ownership mindset.

• Behaviours & Soft Skills:

Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and effective time management.
