Marketing Manager

Our ideal Marketing Manager is a creative individual, HubSpot savvy, highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, and can work in fast-paced environments with the ability to pivot quickly. It requires multitasking, prioritization, and conscientiousness in meeting KPIs.

Lead Generation & Nurturing

1. Plan and coordinate the company's presence at industry conferences and private events in partnership with the sales team.
2. Own all lead-generation activities, including paid campaigns (PPC, paid social, etc.) and strategic initiatives, and partner with outside agencies that manage paid campaigns.
3. Design and manage lead-nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the funnel and drive conversion.
4. Track, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance, using insights to optimize strategy and spend across channels.
5. Develop and manage the content strategy, including blog, case studies, email campaigns, and gated assets to support SEO, thought leadership, and lead generation.

Brand & Communications

1. Own company branding across internal and external touchpoints, including website, sales materials, and social channels.
2. Own and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn to support brand visibility, employer branding, and demand generation.
3. Manage PR efforts, including bylined content, media outreach, and press release development.
4. Oversee the company website—ensure the look and content are aligned with brand strategy, add/update blogs, and keep content fresh and engaging.

Product Marketing

1. Partner with the sales team to create and maintain impactful sales enablement materials, including one-pagers and pitch decks.
2. Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including campaign development, messaging, and cross-functional coordination.

Operations, Tools & Vendor Management

1. Manage relationships with external vendors, including paid media agencies, graphic designers, web developers, copywriters, and other contractors.
2. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on priorities, feedback, and campaign performance.
3. Own marketing automation and CRM tools to execute email campaigns and track lead engagement through the funnel.
4. Manage the marketing budget across campaigns, tools, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective execution.

• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or tech/SaaS environments
• Proven success running integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
• Strong writing and editing skills; experience in content marketing or PR is a plus
• Ability to develop and articulate clear, compelling messaging across channels and audiences
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and vendors
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and externally
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Mailchimp preferred
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) are a plus
• Self-starter with a bias for action and a high level of ownership over results
