This data is then used to help farmers and food producers optimize their crop yields, improve crop quality, and enhance overall ecosystem health. With BeeHero's technology, farmers gain deep insights into the complex world of pollination and can make more informed decisions about managing their land and resources.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and own all BeeHero IT SaaS services, including provisioning, license management, integrations, and governance.
  • Provide hands-on helpdesk/support for BeeHero employees in Israel and globally (hardware, accounts, access issues, network environments, etc.).
  • Establish, maintain, and improve IT processes such as onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and access management.
  • Build internal automations to streamline workflows and reduce manual work (using no-code/low-code tools or scripting).
  • Lead and advance the company's security posture by monitoring compliance, managing security tooling, and driving best practices.
  • Act as the central point-of-contact for all security-related inquiries, incidents, and vendor assessments.
  • Own hardware lifecycle management (laptops, devices, accessories) including procurement, configuration, updates, and inventory.
  • Manage Identity providers, SSO, VPN, cloud permissions, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Ops, and Engineering to ensure smooth internal operations.

Requirements:

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT within a SaaS or software-oriented environment.
  • Strong experience with IT operations, user support, hardware lifecycle, and end-user services.
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM) concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and provisioning.
  • Experience with SIEM/EDR tools, MDM and endpoint hardening.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Nice to have: experience with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or similar.
  • Nice to have: experience working with AWS environments, including VPN configuration, access control, and system integrations.
