לארגון ממשלתי גדול ומוביל טכנולוגית בירושלים דרוש/ה Cloud Project Manager עבודה במודל היברידי תיאור התפקיד: ניהול תכנית הכוללת מיגרציה והקמה של מערכות ומוצרים קיימים/חדשים לענן – לאורך כל חיי הפרויקט/מוצר, עבודה שוטפת והובלת אינטגרציה בין גורמים שונים במערך: מנהלי מוצר, ארכיטקטים, צוותי פיתוח ו DELIVERY (SRE,CGOV), תשתיות ואבטחת מידע, מנהלי יחידות עסקיות, הנהלת המערך, גיבוש והטמעת תוכניות עבודה, תכנון משאבים, מעקב אחר לוחות זמנים ובקרה על תקציב, תאום מול גורמי מטה, ספקי ענן ושותפים חיצוניים, כתיבה והצגה של סטאטוסים ודיווחים תקופתיים להנהלת המערך. ניהול סיכונים, זיהוי צווארי בקבוק ועזרה בניהול ופתרון חסמים. ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים, היכרות עם סביבות ענן AWS/GCP/מכרז נימבוס - יתרון משמעותי, היכרות עם מודלי עבודה בענן IaaS/PaaS/SaaS. יכולת עבודה מול ריבוי ממשקים ויכולת הנעה בסביבות מורכבות, ניסיון בניהול מטריציוני, ראיה מערכתית, כושר ביטוי גבוהה בכתב ובעל פה. יכולת למידה עצמאית, יכולת ניהול ומעקב אחר משימות, לו"ז ובקרה תקציבית. ליחידה נדרש מנהל פרויקטי ענן חרוץ, עצמאי, יוזם עם יכולות תכנון ודילוור מצוינות, עם רצון עז להוביל תהליכים רוחביים בעלי ערך רב ורצון ללמוד, להתפתח ולהשפיע . דרישות: ניסיון בניהול פרויקטי מחשוב וטכנולוגיה של 4 שנים ומעלה. ניסיון בניהול והובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגים מורכבים בארגוני Enterprise (ארגונים גדולים המונים מאות עובדים). יתרון לניסיון בניהול פרויקטי ענן ותהליכי מגרציה בסביבות AWS/GCP וכן עם מודלי עבודה בענן IaaS/PaaS/SaaS. ניסיון בתהליכי בקרה, ניהול ותכנון תהליכים מורכבים חוצי ארגון, גיבוש תמונת מצב ודיווח ניהולי. בעל ראיה מערכתית, כושר ביטוי גבוהה בכתב ובעל פה ויכולת למידה עצמאית ניסיון בניהול מטרציוני ויכולת רתימה והנעה של אנשים שלא מתוך סמכות בסביבות עבודה מורכבות ניסיון בעבודה בפרויקטים מרובי ממשקים - כולל דרגי הנהלה, ריבוי יחידות בארגון, עבודה עם ספקים חיצוניים, עבודה צוותים טכנולוגיים ועסקיים=
