Sheba Medical Center's Information Systems & Digital Division, and specifically the CORTEX development group, is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge digital applications and systems for patients and healthcare professionals.

We are looking for a Digital Project & Product Manager to join our Digital team and lead large-scale digital transformation projects that make a real impact on healthcare in Israel and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

·End-to-end management of digital projects

·Leading and managing digital products across all aspects

·Gathering business needs, defining requirements, and writing specifications

·Adapting existing solutions or identifying new ones to meet organizational needs

·Ongoing collaboration with development teams

·Conducting acceptance testing of digital products

·Managing cross-organizational and external professional interfaces

·Identifying challenges and creating innovative solutions

Requirements

·3–5 years of experience in digital project or product management – mandatory

·Strong background in information systems and digital technologies – mandatory

·Proven experience managing digital products – mandatory

·Experience working with technical teams (system, security, development)

·Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

·Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in diverse teams

·Ability to lead projects while meeting deadlines and managing wide scopes

·Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment

·Experience with healthcare systems – significant advantage

·Broad business and process understanding

·Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field
