לארגון ממשלתי גדול ומוביל טכנולוגית במודיעין דרוש/ה Project Manager עבודה במודל היברידי גמיש ורחב תיאור התפקיד: בעלי התפקידים יהיו חלק מצוות ההובלה של מהלכי הטרנספורמציה הדיגיטלית בשלטון המקומי, ויקדמו פרויקטים דיגיטליים רחבי היקף בשיתוף משרדי ממשלה, רשויות מקומיות וגורמים מקצועיים נוספים. התפקיד משלב ניהול מוצר ופרויקטים דיגיטליים, עבודה מול לקוחות מגוונים, והובלה של תהליכים חוצי ארגון – החל משלב הגדרת הצורך והאפיון, דרך פיתוח ויישום, ועד להטמעה ולמדידה של השפעה ותוצאות. תחומי אחריות מרכזיים: הובלת פרויקטים ומוצרים דיגיטליים מקצה לקצה, משלב הייזום ועד היישום והתחזוקה. ניהול תהליכים מול מגוון שותפים: משרדי ממשלה, רשויות מקומיות, חברות טכנולוגיה וגופים אזרחיים. אפיון צרכים ודרישות משתמשים, כתיבת מסמכי אפיון ופיתוח פתרונות דיגיטליים מותאמים. יישום מתודולוגיות עבודה אג'יליות (Agile/Scrum) לניהול משימות, תיעדוף ותכנון גרסאות. תיאום בין צוותים טכנולוגיים, עיצוב, תוכן ושירות, להבטחת עמידה ביעדים ובזמני אספקה. ניתוח נתונים, ביצוע בדיקות משתמשים והפקת תובנות לשיפור חוויית השירות ברשויות. ניהול ממשקים מורכבים והובלת תהליכים רוחביים בשלטון המקומי ובממשלה. דרישות: ניסיון בניהול פרויקטי מחשוב וטכנולוגיה מעל שנתיים. היכרות עם השלטון המקומי ובפרט עם תחומי העסקים והרכש ברשויות המקומיות. בנוסף, ניסיון בעבודה במגזר הציבורי הרחב, ובפרט מול שחקנים בשלטון המקומי ניסיון בניהול פרויקט, לרבות כתיבת תכנית עבודה, ליווי מהלכים טכנולוגיים, מקצועיים, כלכליים וכיוצ"ב הדרושים לביצוע ומימוש הפרויקט ניסיון באיסוף דרישות ממגוון מקורות, ניתוח צרכי הלקוח, חקר השוק, לרבות מוצרים ושירותים מקבילים, הפקת תובנות והמלצה על פתרונות. הגדרת ערכים, מדדים ויעדים למוצר ניסיון בעבודה במערכות מורכבות עם ריבוי סוגי שחקנים ומשתמשים, ממשקים למערכות שונות ותהליכי עדכון/העברות מידע בממשקים בין מערכות ניסיון בעבודה עם ריבוי לקוחות קצה של המוצר, לרבות ביצוע בדיקות משתמשים ומעקב אחר נתוני שימוש
