Role Description

Digital Account Manager is the primary professional contact for our clients in all areas of digital marketing. You will work closely with Digital Managers, Marketing Managers, and CMOs to drive business impact through innovative digital strategies.

What you'll do:

Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing and advertising strategies (annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly), including budget planning, KPIs, and performance goals. Address a wide range of objectives from brand awareness to performance marketing and sales support.

Campaign Management: Oversee and evaluate media plans created by external media agencies, provide actionable recommendations for optimization, and ensure alignment with benchmarks and industry best practices.

Analytics & Insights: Monitor campaign performance, analyze media budgets, and drive ongoing optimizations to maximize effectiveness. Consolidate online, offline, and analytics data to create actionable insights and support business decision-making.

Client Relations: Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive professional, timely, and high-quality service across all departments. Manage client communication via email, phone, and meetings.

Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports (campaign summaries, monthly/quarterly/annual reviews), highlighting insights, marketing recommendations, and strategic directions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, account management, media buying, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with media planning, campaign management, and digital analytics tools is an advantage.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
