לארגון ממשלתי גדול ומוביל טכנולוגית בירושלים דרוש/ה Senior Project Manager עבודה במודל היברידי תיאור התפקיד: אחראי לניהול הפרויקט, להחלפת אוסף המערכות הקיימות (הישנות) ולפיתוח של מערכת חדשה תואמת לצרכיו המעודכנים של המשרד אחראי לכתיבת מכרז (בריף) במסגרתו יבחר ספק לביצוע הפרויקט, ומכרזים נוספים לביצוע רכש או הזמנות שירותים ככל שיהיה בהם צורך במסגרת הפרויקט. אחראי על צוות הפרויקט שיוקם במשרד, ועל הפעלת הספק שיבחר וצוותו. ניהול הקשר מול כלל הצוותים בארגון : צוותי התשתיות , ארכיטקטים, ספקיות ענן, שותפים, ספקים, מנהלי פרויקטים, משאבי אנוש, יחידות עסקיות, אבטחת מידע ולשכה משפטית דרישות: ניסיון בניהול פרויקטי מחשוב וטכנולוגיה מורכבים של 6 שנים ומעלה ובנוסף ניסיון ניהולי של צוות מנהלי פרויקטי מחשוב של 4 שנים. יתרון לניסיון בניהול פרויקטים בשיטות שונות כגון: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall. השכלה: אקדמאי בעל תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב או בהנדסת מחשבים או בהנדסת תעשיה בהתמחות מערכות מידע או תואר בניהול מערכות מידע/תואר ראשון כלשהו אחר, ובנוסף קורסים גבוהים בתחום מערכות מידע ממוחשבות בהיקף של 300 שעות לפחות/ הנדסאי בוגר מגמת מחשבים/טכנולוגיה -חובה 1 מהאופציות חובת ניסיון בניהול פרויקטי מחשוב וטכנולוגיה מורכבים של 8 שנים ומעלה חובת ניסיון ניהולי של צוות מנהלי פרויקטי מחשוב של 6 שנים ומעלה ניסיון בניהול ספקים בפרויקטי פיתוח תוכנה, בהיקף של 20 מש"ח לפחות ניסיון בהקמת מערכת אינטרנטית בסביבת ענן, בהיקף של 10 מש"ח לפחות . ניסיון בהקמת מערכת אינטרנטית על בסיס של פלטפורמת Salesforce - ניסיון בניהול פרויקטיים לפיתוח מערכות מידע במשרדי הממשלה ניסיון והכרות עם תהליכי הרכש במגזר הממשלתי וכתיבת מכרזים/בריפים ניסיון בניהול מערכות מידע בסביבת Mainframe בטכנולוגיות של Natural/Adaba ניסיון ניהול פרויקטים משולבים תוכנה וחומרה
