לארגון ממשלתי גדול ומוביל טכנולוגית בירושלים דרוש/ה Senior Project Manager עבודה במודל היברידי תיאור התפקיד: מוביל טכנולוגי בתחומי תשתיות תקשורת, חירום ומולטימדייה. התפקיד דורש יכולת חיבור בין חזון טכנולוגי לצורך עסקי, תקשורת בין אישית ברמה גבוהה ויכולת תרגום צרכים עסקיים לפתרונות טכנולוגיים, הנעה של תהליכי עבודה מרובי משתתפים. נדרש ניסיון רב בניהול מספר רב של פעילויות במקביל, בניית תוכניות עבודה, ניהול תקציב, ניהול עובדים, ניהול לקוחות וניהול ספקים, אישור חשבוניות וכיוצ""ב נדרש ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים עם רקע וניסיון בטכנולוגיות תקשורת חירום, תקשורת נתונים, ומולטימדייה. נדרשת זמינות 24/7 לאירועי חירום דרישות: ניסיון בניהול פרויקטי מחשוב וטכנולוגיה מורכבים של 6 שנים ומעלה ובנוסף ניסיון ניהולי של צוות מנהלי פרויקטי מחשוב של 4 שנים. יתרון לניסיון בניהול פרויקטים בשיטות שונות כגון: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall. ניסיון בניהול פרוייקטי תקשורת אלחוטית מורכבת משולבת טכנולוגיה TRUNC/IP ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגים ותהליכים מרובי שותפים (בארגונים גדולים /ממשלתיים/בטחוניים) הכולל מעקב ובקרה וניהול תקציבי, כולל ניהול פרוייקטים במקביל ניסיון בכתיבת מפרטים טכניים לצורך קבלת הצעות מחיר או מכרז נסיון בניהול ספקים כולל הכנת תכניות עבודה ומעקב אחר ביצוע כולל היבטי תקציב אחריות נהולית או מקצועית על עובדים (כולל ניהול מטריציוני במסגרת ניהול פרוייקט) ניסיון והבנה בתחומי מוצרי מולטימדייה/חלופות, הכרת הודעות מכרז מרכזי בתחום מולטימדייה, וההיצע בשוק ניסיון והבנה בתחום קוי תקשורת IPVPN ותמסורות, ADSL וקוי גיבוי,הכרת הודעות מכרז מרכזי בתחום קוי התקשורת ניסיון והבנה בתחום תקשורת קוית (שירלי), הכרת הודעות מכרז מרכזי בתחום תקשורת קוית ניסיון בחינת טכנולוגיות והטמעת מערכות בארגון טכנולוגי מעל 500 איש יכולת עבודה עצמאית וקבלת החלטות. ניסיון בהנעת אנשים בהיעדר סמכות פורמלית ויצירת שיתופי פעולה.
