We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Specialist to join our team for a 6-month maternity leave replacement.

The role focuses primarily on end-to-end recruitment, alongside involvement in broader HR activities.

Requirements


• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech company or startup environment.


• Proven experience in sourcing, including hands-on work with multiple sourcing channels. Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing tools – mandatory.


• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases – an advantage.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.


• Excellent English – both spoken and written

Responsibilities


• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions, mainly in the tech and engineering domains.


• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting support.


• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels and platforms.


• Maintain and update data in HR and ATS systems.


• Support employee-related processes and assist in organizing company events and engagement activities.


• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
