The Challenge:
Generic learning is failing billions globally—73% platform churn, 40% higher-ed dropout rates, $300B/year lost to K-12 dropouts. The root problem isn't content; it's that education treats every learner the same.


Our Solution:
ALIAS (Adaptive Learning Intelligence as a Service) - Real-time learner profiling, adaptive content sequencing, personalized feedback, and performance analytics that deliver measurable outcomes.


Compensation Philosophy:
We believe extraordinary leaders deserve extraordinary rewards aligned with company success. This CEO position offers competitive equity participation and comprehensive benefits, with salary compensation (including three-month retroactive payment) contingent upon successful completion of our seed funding round. This structure ensures leadership compensation scales directly with company milestones and reflects our shared commitment to building transformational value together.

We Need a Leader Who:

Has 4+ years experience, 4+ in leadership roles (EdTech/SaaS/AI preferred) Brings proven B2B/B2B2C sales and fundraising track record Sees education as a calling, not just a business opportunity Thrives in ambiguity and embraces calculated risk Commits fully to building something transformative


Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall operations while developing strategies that meet customer, stakeholder, and employee needs
  • Make key decisions affecting company direction across our B2B2C, B2B, and B2G market segments
  • Build positive, productive culture while scaling from pre-seed to Series A
  • Review and optimize cross-departmental collaboration for maximum impact
  • Execute company vision of transforming personalized learning globally
