Role Overview

We're looking for a Product Manager to support the day-to-day execution of Vetted's app roadmap. This role reports directly to the Head of Product and focuses on hands-on delivery; coordinating sprints, managing the backlog, and ensuring high-quality releases across iOS and Android.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong organizational and technical skills who enjoys bringing defined product plans to life in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and marketing) to deliver app features on schedule.
• Support the Head of Product in translating strategic direction into actionable user stories and tasks.
• Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and release cycles.
• Oversee app QA and testing workflows, including TestFlight, BrowserStack, and App Store / Google Play submissions.
• Execute and monitor A/B tests, feature rollouts, and in-app experiments.
• Ensure documentation and Jira tickets reflect current priorities, statuses, and requirements.
• Collaborate with designers in Figma to refine UX flows and ensure feature consistency.
• Track and report on product performance metrics as defined by the Head of Product.
• Coordinate with marketing and support teams on feature announcements, bug fixes, and release notes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management for B2C mobile apps.
• Strong execution and coordination skills; thrives in fast-moving, startup environments.
• Technical fluency in app architecture, APIs, and backend integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence, and backlog management.
• Experience with QA, app release processes, and tools like Bitrise, TestFlight, and Play Console.
• Clear communicator who can bridge design, engineering, and business functions.
• Comfortable following and delivering against an established roadmap.
• Passion for mobile apps, consumer experience, and pet wellness.

Ideal for someone with hands-on execution experience working under a senior product leader.

Nice to Have

• Experience in gamified, health, wellness, or lifestyle apps.
• Familiarity with AI/ML personalization or subscription models.
• Background in startups or small cross-functional teams.

Working Structure

You'll report directly to the Head of Product and work closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality app releases. You'll focus on execution, coordination, and delivery, ensuring that every sprint runs smoothly and every feature meets the Vetted standard.
