Head of Human Resources
.

This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the executive management team.

Full responsibility for the HR function in an organization of approximately 300 employees, including leading the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of all HR activities across the organization
  • Strategic workforce planning and acting as a business partner to senior management
  • Recruitment management and headcount planning
  • Organizational development and leading change processes, culture, structure, and feedback
  • Managing training and certification programs
  • Labor law compliance and regulatory matters
  • Salary budget management, employment contracts, and attendance processes
  • Responsibility for employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a full senior HR management role (HR Director / HR Manager / HRBP)
  • Mandatory experience in an industrial or manufacturing company
  • Experience managing HR teams and leading complex organizational projects
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources / organizational psychology / business administration
  • Master's degree – an advantage

Location:

Kibbutz Eyal (with a planned relocation to the Caesarea Industrial Zone in the future)
