Backed by a passionate team, Noosh is scaling fast—and we're looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and help scale our fulfillment and inventory processes as we grow.
The Role
We're looking for a proactive operations professional - someone eager to take accountability and shape our growing operations processes. This role is responsible for owning Noosh's day-to-day operational execution, from order fulfillment to inventory forecasting and supply chain coordination. The Operations & Supply Chain Manager will work hands-on with data, systems, and partners to reduce errors, improve processes, and support scalable growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a high level of ownership. You will work closely with the COO, Finance, and our US-based warehouse to ensure operational excellence as the company scales.
This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on, data-oriented operations professional to shape core processes and leave a lasting mark in a rapidly scaling eCommerce company.
What You'll Own
- Own and manage ongoing order fulfillment operations, ensuring high accuracy and on-time delivery
- Reduce fulfillment errors by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and improving operational flows
- Own inventory forecasting end-to-end and support supply chain planning as the business scales
- Work closely with our US warehouse (3PL) and external logistics partners
- Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs and operational processes, and use automations and AI tools to increase efficiency
- Design, build, and maintain operational and inventory reports from scratch
- Analyze logistics and fulfillment costs, review and approve invoices, and work closely with Finance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Data, Customer Support, and Growth
- Use data to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement
- Support future expansion initiatives, including building operational processes in new markets and new channels
Who You Are
- BA degree (required)
- 2–3 years of experience in an operational, supply chain, or analytical role
- Very strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, ability to build reports from scratch and experience with basic modeling is required
- High-level English (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves solving business problems.
- Strategic in mindset, operational in approach - you know how to drive clarity and impact.
- Collaborative and communicative - you bring alignment across teams through insights.
Bonus Points
- Experience working in a DTC brand or eCommerce environment.
- Background in operations or supply chain
- Experience working with WMS
- Familiarity with BigQuery/Looker (not required)
