We're looking for a
Banking Support Specialist
for a leading financial institution in
Rishon Lezion.

What will you do?

Handle end-to-end service requests and incidents while providing high-quality support to bank units and customers

Support banking and operational workflows in branch systems

Update data in a production environment (DPT)

Collaborate with internal and external clients and deliver professional solutions

What are we looking for?

At least 5 years of experience working in a bank branch –
must

Solid understanding of banking workflows (advantage: experience in Digital / Forex / SME / Credit)

Strong customer service orientation and team-player attitude

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Academic background – an advantage
