Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Customer Success Specialist
to join our team in Rishon Lezion. This role combines customer support and marketing responsibilities, ensuring that our users receive timely assistance while supporting the growth and engagement of our brand. You will be the main point of contact for user inquiries and also help execute marketing campaigns, manage social media, and contribute to overall marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to users via social media channels and email, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns, including content creation and scheduling for social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media activity, engagement metrics, and customer feedback, and provide insights to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all channels.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and engagement through both marketing and support initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support, digital marketing, or a combination of both.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content management, and online advertising tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
