About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Customer Success Associate
with experience in paid marketing campaigns, familiarity with blockchain/crypto products, and the ability to work in a technical, client-facing environment. This role combines hands-on customer support with marketing execution, ensuring users receive timely assistance while contributing to growth, engagement, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success:

  • Provide high-quality support to users via social media, email, and other channels.
  • Resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently, including technical questions.
  • Help users navigate complex products to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user satisfaction and engagement.

Marketing Execution:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns and social media content creation.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in paid marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting (with examples of projects and budgets managed).
  • Familiarity with the crypto/blockchain ecosystem is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a technical environment and supporting customers with complex products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
