Role Overview:

We're looking for a Sales Support Associate who will be the right-hand person to our sales team. You'll join client calls, manage CRM data, help organize communication, and ensure every client interaction runs smoothly. If you enjoy helping a team shine and want a real foothold in a growing FinTech company, this could be your next role.

What You'll Do:

  • Join sales calls and provide hands-on support to our sales team
  • Manage and update client information in our CRM system
  • Track and follow up on client communications
  • Prepare call notes, summaries, and reports
  • Support administrative tasks to keep the sales team running efficiently
  • Help identify client needs and provide relevant information

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills; Hebrew and English are a plus
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or client engagement is a plus
  • A team player who loves helping others succeed
