What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end customer journey - from onboarding to long-term retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners and clients
- Translate client needs into action, working closely with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Build customer support processes and help define success metrics
- Handle technical troubleshooting with a clear understanding of APIs and system logic
- Develop and maintain internal resources such as knowledge bases, guides, and FAQs
- Drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction with our platform
- Prepare the groundwork for building and scaling a support/success team in the future
- Provide customer feedback to product and influence our roadmap
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Technical Support
- Proven ability to work hands-on and independently in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong technical background - MUST ability to read API documentation, explain system flows, and solve customer issues
- Experience with SaaS platforms or B2B tools (must-have)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and proactive
- Confidence asking questions and exploring unknowns, especially around complex workflows like settlements, compliance, or transaction flows.
- Self-driven learner with a passion for understanding financial infrastructure, even if it's new - you enjoy breaking down how things work.
- Nice to have: background in payments, fintech, or financial operations
