Your Mission: Building Our Partnership Network
As an Affiliate Account Manager at Infinity & Co, you are the face of our company and the engine of our growth. Your mission is to build, nurture, and expand our network of affiliate partners, turning new connections into long-term, profitable relationships. This is more than a management role—it's about creating win-win collaborations and driving significant revenue growth through a deep understanding of people and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development:
Proactively hunt for and onboard new, high-value affiliates, negotiating and closing deals that create long-term value for both parties. - Relationship Management & Growth:
Be the dedicated point of contact for your portfolio of partners. Build trust and loyalty by providing exceptional support and celebrating their success, ensuring a continuous and fruitful relationship. - Data-Driven Optimization:
Work collaboratively with your partners to analyze performance data and identify trends. Leverage insights to develop and implement strategic plans that maximize ROI and unlock new opportunities for growth. - Collaborative Innovation:
Act as a bridge between your partners and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to drive campaign success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in iGaming affiliate management.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- A proven track record of exceeding sales and growth targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
- High level of independence, with a collaborative spirit.
