
Partnerships Sales Manager

We are looking for a sharp, independent Partnerships Sales Manager to help us recruit, onboard, and activate new partner channels across key European markets.
You will professional service providers (accountants, CFOs, financial consultants) offer better value to their clients while earning in the process.
You will work with a clear message, strong product-market fit, and support from our PR, content, and campaign teams. Your job is to drive real conversations, real relationships, and real referrals.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners via email, LinkedIn, and warm intros
- Handle inbound leads from PR and marketing efforts
- Schedule and run intro calls to qualify and engage partner prospects
- Present the FX360 Partner Model: explain the opportunity, the earning potential, and how it works
- Coordinate partner onboarding with internal teams
- Follow up, build trust, and turn passive contacts into active referrers
- Report status, feedback, and insights to continuously improve outreach
- Proven experience in partnerships sales, channel development or B2B sales
- Ability to conduct business conversations with finance professionals
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Polish, German, or Dutch are a strong advantage
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Capability to manage multiple leads at various stages of the funnel
- Confidence in outreach, follow-ups, and driving momentum
- Clear understanding that success is measured by activated, revenue-generating partners, not just lead volume

- Established B2B networks, locally or internationally
