About the Role

he position entails full responsibility for gathering and analyzing data, developing sophisticated financial models, conducting in-depth research into the U.S. income-producing real estate market, and performing detailed financial statement and transaction analysis. The role also includes monitoring portfolio performance, preparing comprehensive investor reporting, and supporting all aspects of the investment lifecycle- including capital raising and risk management for the fund.

  • Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday
  • Overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute fund investment strategies.
  • Oversee portfolio performance, investment decisions, and risk management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the investment team.
  • Assist with capital raising and risk management processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Investment Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience working with investment funds.
  • Degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Professional English proficiency.

  • Independent, proactive, and team-oriented.
