A leading online marketing platform is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Programmatic Account Manager - RTB & Monetization to join our Programmatic team.

Responsibilities:


• Monitor and analyze performance, leading monetization automation.


• Develop business by recruiting new partners.


• Ensure client and customer satisfaction.


• Conduct A/B testing and refine monetization strategies.


• Identify and optimize workflow inefficiencies.


• Negotiate commercial terms using analytical data.


• Drive revenue growth and new initiatives.

Requirements:


• 1+ years of programmatic advertising experience (Mandatory).


• Familiarity with RTB, XML, Ad Networks, SSPs, DSPs (Mandatory).


• Experience with Push Notifications, Display, banners, Video, Native

Monetization fields (Advantages).


• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large datasets.


• Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven.


• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Fluent/native English speaker (Mandatory); other languages (Advantages).
