Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Sales to lead ParaZero's global sales teams. As VP of Sales, you will own and align all revenue-generating departments, including sales, business development, marketing, and customer success, to optimize revenue performance, scale market presence, and drive profitability.

What you will be doing - Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company's global revenue strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead and grow high-performing global sales teams.
  • Drive expansion into new markets and verticals, including enterprise, government, and OEM segments.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships and channel distribution programs.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasts, and dashboards to monitor revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Operations to ensure alignment with market needs and sales feedback.
  • Represent the company in key industry events and investor presentations.
  • Play a key role in the company's executive leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and long-term planning.
  • Report regularly to the CEO and Board on revenue performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Who you need to be – Requirements

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with at least 7 years of experience managing sales and customer success teams, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
  • Experience working in
    defense or aerospace sectors -

a strong advantage.
- Strong track record of building and scaling revenue functions in global tech companies.
- Experience with measuring performance and working with aggressive targets.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative revenue generation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of B2B/B2G sales cycles, channel sales, and international markets.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset and experience using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
