Mobile Programmatic User Acquisition Manager

Are you a performance-driven Mobile UA specialist with a track record of scaling campaigns and maximizing ROI across top DSPs?
We are a leading performance marketing agency, and we're looking for an experienced, analytical, and creative Programmatic UA Manager to join our growth team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage programmatic mobile user acquisition campaigns across leading DSPs such as Liftoff, Moloco, Ironsource, Smadex, and others.
- Drive growth by conducting in-depth audience segmentation, creative iteration, and market analysis to uncover and capitalize on scalable opportunities.
- Design and execute A/B tests for creatives, ad formats, audiences, and funnel flows to optimize engagement, CPI, retention, and LTV.
- Continuously analyze performance data, adjust bidding strategies, and apply learnings to improve campaign efficiency and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale programmatic UA campaigns and delivering measurable results across mobile apps.
- Deep expertise in bid management, targeting, optimization, and creative strategy within the programmatic ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with DSP platforms (e.g., Liftoff, Moloco, Ironsource, Kayzen, Smadex) and MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and scalable strategies.
- Experience in performance marketing within iGaming, Fintech, Subscription Apps, or eCommerce is a strong advantage.
