What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    programmatic user acquisition campaigns
     for mobile apps and web across multiple DSPs and SDK networks.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle - setup, targeting, creative assets, and tracking integrations.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimize performance to achieve KPIs such as
    FTD cost
    ,
    ROI
    , and
    ROAS
    .
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
     and continuously experiment with new traffic sources, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting approaches.
  • Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to implement
    data-driven optimizations
    .
  • Adjust
    bidding, targeting, and budgets in real time
     based on performance signals and market conditions.
  • Stay up to date with
    industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
     in programmatic buying and mobile UA.
  • Prepare and present
    performance reports
     with actionable insights and scaling recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years
     of
    hands-on experience
    managing DSP or similar programmatic campaigns -
    must

  • Strong understanding of the
    mobile user acquisition ecosystem
     and performance benchmarks.
  • Advanced
    analytical skills
     with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights -

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
