An Israeli company that enables to easily build, run, and scale dream workflows on one platform is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join its growing Marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow by influencing the decision-making and infrastructure of one of its main growth engines - the Marketing department.

We're looking for a team player with a business sense, technical skills and a keenness for problem-solving. As a Marketing Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving the systems behind the marketing activities and KPIs. You will operate and develop infrastructure for fast execution, drive system and process improvements and provide data-driven insights to the business while working closely with VPs and team leaders from marketing, sales, BI and product.



About The Role
  • Own, operate, implement and maintain Marketing systems, including marketing automation tools, data integration tools (Hubspot/marketo/Datorama/Google analytics) etc
  • Identify problem and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing in terms of processes, technology, data and people processes in order to achieve Marketing goals, while managing projects end-to-end (from the initiation and evaluation stages to the execution and roll-out stages)
  • Support various marketing teams with ongoing operations, while building automation, targeting capabilities, and enabling self-service through infrastructure and training
  • Present deliverables that will impact business decisions (analysis, process changes and more) to senior management


Your Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position (Business Operations Manager)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise level CRM/Hubspot/Datorama/GTM/Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to design and optimize complex systems and processes
  • Experience managing projects and driving cross-company collaboration
  • Strong communication skills, excellent English speaker/writer
  • SQL knowledge - advantage
  • Knowledge of BI tools, such as Looker / Tableau - advantage
