About the position
Are you passionate about the intersection of marketing, data, and technology? We are looking for a Marketing & Data Operations Manager to drive the backbone of our marketing engine, ensuring our tools, systems, and data work seamlessly to fuel growth. In this role, you will connect the dots between strategy and execution, transforming data into actionable insights and building scalable automation that empowers our global marketing efforts. You will own and optimize our marketing technology stack, automation processes, and data infrastructure, managing a variety of marketing and analytics systems, building integrations, and translating complex data into insights that drive performance and growth. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, highly analytical, and a natural problem solver who can quickly understand new tools, connect systems, and ensure data flows seamlessly across our global marketing ecosystem. This role is versatile and requires the ability to adapt, context switch, and handle multiple processes and priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, GTM, Zapier, WordPress, and Looker, ensuring all systems are configured and utilized effectively to support campaigns, prospect acquisition, and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain integrations between marketing tools, CRM, and analytics systems to streamline workflows, enhance visibility, and improve data accuracy.
- Manage and govern marketing data, ensuring consistency, integrity, accessibility, and compliance across all systems.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that provide full-funnel visibility from lead generation through revenue, enabling clear, data-driven decisions across marketing and sales.
- Analyze funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks, efficiency opportunities, and optimization strategies across the customer journey.
- Implement data hygiene and compliance processes, maintaining alignment with GDPR, CCPA, and company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to align data and technology strategies and ensure smooth system integrations and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage).
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, data management, or marketing analytics within a technology-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, GTM, Zapier, WordPress, and Looker (experience with data warehouses or API-based integrations is a plus).
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain integrations between multiple marketing systems.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, campaign attribution, and performance measurement across the customer lifecycle.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in turning data into insights and clear recommendations.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal), essential for collaboration across global teams and effective communication.
- Highly curious, adaptable, and a fast learner who can quickly master new tools, manage complex systems, and switch between different processes effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, and similar technologies) is an advantage and will help in managing system integrations, troubleshooting, and web-related marketing tasks.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data governance.
