About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, growth-oriented Head of Marketing to lead Boost's global marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role for a strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance demand generation, brand leadership, and execution.

You'll own our marketing engine end-to-end, from positioning Boost in the global SaaS ecosystem to driving qualified pipeline for sales.

What You'll Do:

Growth & Demand Generation


• Build and own the global demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, paid media, and ABM.


• Run experiments to test and optimize acquisition funnels, campaigns, and messaging.


• Drive measurable pipeline growth in alignment with revenue targets.

Brand & Thought Leadership


• Shape and scale Boost's brand across markets, positioning us as a leader in the ecosystem.


• Own PR, content strategy, case studies, and thought leadership campaigns.


• Build awareness in key regions (IL, UK, US) with consistent brand voice.

Analytics & Optimization


• Define, track, and optimize marketing KPIs with a strong focus on ROI.


• Translate data into actionable insights and rapid iterations.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership


• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align on growth objectives.


• Manage agencies, vendors, and contractors when needed.


• Lead and mentor a growing marketing team over time.

Requirements:


• 3+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS (startup/scale-up experience preferred).


• Proven track record in demand generation, growth marketing, and brand building.


• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable with performance metrics.


• Hands-on approach — equally comfortable creating a LinkedIn ad campaign as presenting strategy to leadership.


• Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew a plus).


• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and AI-driven marketing.
