We're hiring a
VP Marketing
to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up.

This high-impact, hands-on role will define our global marketing strategy, drive performance growth, and shape how PC App Store expands into new markets worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build PC App Store's marketing function from scratch and establish the company's global marketing strategy.
  • Lead performance-driven marketing efforts to support product growth, revenue expansion, and market penetration.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute go-to-market opportunities across global B2B2C ecosystems, starting with the US and expanding to additional markets.
  • Lead and oversee all media and performance marketing initiatives, including user acquisition campaigns, creative B2C strategies, and sales-focused funnel optimization, while collaborating with Product and Business teams to ensure alignment with company growth goals.
  • Develop scalable marketing playbooks, campaigns, and frameworks that support both immediate impact and long-term brand building.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader while laying the foundations for a future marketing team.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • 8+ years of experience
    in performance marketing, growth, or marketing leadership roles ideally in global B2B2C, marketplaces, or consumer-tech.
  • Proven success scaling digital products and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep experience in performance marketing, acquisition funnels, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, global expansion, and competitive positioning.
  • Ability to operate both
    strategically and hands-on
    from defining framework to executing campaigns.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with UA, Product, BI, and Business teams.
  • A builder mindset: fast, analytical, creative, and comfortable in early-stage environments.
